We contacted Spencer Roofing to quote a new roof in one of our warehouses. Mark was prompt in his reply, competitive with his pricing and excellent to work with when we gave the go ahead. His team worked exceptionally well with our team, communicating as they went and ensured we had as little down time as possible. Installing a new roof in an operating factory meant we were concerned we would have a significant downtime, though Mark and his team managed to work with us based on what our customers had ordered and installed the roof in record time with little to no downtime and everyone was safe. The finished product is something we’re very proud of. Spencer Roofing rose to the challenge and produced an excellent roof, removed all the old roof and exited the site once complete, leaving us one very happy customer.
